Explore Spain with Global Works on our Sustainable Communities & Mediterranean Culture teen summer trip - where language immersion, service learning, and vibrant adventure meet in one unforgettable journey. Beginning in Madrid and extending through Lozoya, Barcelona, Granada and Málaga, students dive into Spanish culture, hike scenic landscapes, and build real connections with local communities. Throughout the program, participants engage in community-based environmental service - restoring trails, gardening in permaculture orchards, and supporting sustainability initiatives - while also exploring flamenco culture, market life, and Spanish cuisine. Guided by experienced trip leaders, this Spain teen travel experience blends high-quality language practice, meaningful service, and immersive cultural learning, setting students on a path toward global awareness and cultural appreciation.
